It looks like it is a BBC / Glensound fully discrete Class-A germanium induction EQ equipped broadcast desk from the early 1970s. Wow. More info on my other blog here
These are components of a BBC Type D mixing desk. To judge by the colour scheme I suspect they are from the one that was installed in Maida Vale 1 (the BBC Symphony Orchestra's studio) in the 1970s, in which case, as a Senior Music Studio Manager at the time, it will have my fingerprints all over it!
